When I navigated my own leadership journey, I realized there was no single program that combined strategic thinking, practical planning, and the influencing skills needed to lead people and ideas forward. I had to piece together my own development from scattered resources.
Seeing organizations grow whole workforces of leaders, I asked: how can they do it effectively, efficiently, and in a way that truly translates to results?
